About the Role

This is a leadership role within [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Food store in Plymouth, responsible for coordinating the fill operation, coaching colleagues, allocating resources, and ensuring operational excellence. The Shift Lead also takes charge in the absence of the Colleague Manager and holds key holder responsibilities including cash handling and building security tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation, coaching colleagues on One Best Way and driving productivity
• Allocate resource effectively to deliver a quick payment experience
• Enable all daily operational processes to be implemented efficiently
• Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe and well-presented store
• Role model great Customer Service and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] behaviours
• Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations of colleagues
• Responsible for key holder and call outs, opening/closing tasks, cash handling and TSL compliance

Work Pattern

Monday to Friday 13:00–21:00, Saturday 13:00–21:00
