Key Responsibilities

• Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused when the store is at its busiest. Go above and beyond to serve, sell, fill and help drive growth in sales.
• Be digitally confident – utilise digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
• Be a team player – contribute to a positive, high-energy environment where everyone works hard and supports each other.
• Flexibility is vital – work across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands. No two shifts will look the same.

Work Pattern

Sunday 14:00-18:00
Friday 16:00-20:00
Saturday 16:00-20:00
