About the Role
Join [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We need down-to-earth colleagues who thrive under pressure, deliver five-star service at pace, and embrace transformation. You'll be a resilient brand ambassador recommending and selling our newest food products. Work pattern: Sunday 14:00-18:00, Wednesday 16:00-20:00, Saturday 16:00-20:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve, sell, fill and help drive growth in sales in a high-pressure environment.
- Use digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance customer experience.
- Work as a team player to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Be flexible to work across various areas of the store adapting to changing demands.
