IT Sales Support Coordinator

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group is seeking an IT Sales Support Coordinator to coordinate and support IT Account Managers in the IT Managed Services space. This role is based in [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group's Belfast office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process quotations and contracts/agreements in support of the Account Management and Finance Team
  • Input data into the CRM system with precision and accuracy
  • Establish yourself as a go-to person responding to internal and external queries
  • Support the finance team for renewable billing and agreements
  • Support project and service desk teams through end user and customer engagement
  • Support project deployment when needed
  • Prepare databases of new business opportunities and follow up as required
  • Work with existing tools and platforms to automate marketing activities and nurture prospects
  • Responsible for new sales leads and business development opportunities
  • Appointment creation for Sales Development Teams
  • Implement and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and customers
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns, assign leads, and track success
  • Help develop and coordinate copy for marketing collateral and campaigns
  • Work with stakeholders and third parties to manage events and workshops
  • Engage for customer feedback
  • Assist with pre and post project engagements
  • Manage budgets and KPIs across the role
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external

About You

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 year + experience within a B2B marketing organisation
  • Dynamic, capable, hardworking, confident with ability to work as part of a team while managing own workload
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer relation skills
  • Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Online Lead Funnels (generation, nurturing, scoring, conversion)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365
  • Experience of customer acquisition
