FULL DESCRIPTION
IT Sales Support Coordinator
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group is seeking an IT Sales Support Coordinator to coordinate and support IT Account Managers in the IT Managed Services space. This role is based in [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group's Belfast office.
Key Responsibilities
- Process quotations and contracts/agreements in support of the Account Management and Finance Team
- Input data into the CRM system with precision and accuracy
- Establish yourself as a go-to person responding to internal and external queries
- Support the finance team for renewable billing and agreements
- Support project and service desk teams through end user and customer engagement
- Support project deployment when needed
- Prepare databases of new business opportunities and follow up as required
- Work with existing tools and platforms to automate marketing activities and nurture prospects
- Responsible for new sales leads and business development opportunities
- Appointment creation for Sales Development Teams
- Implement and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and customers
- Monitor ongoing campaigns, assign leads, and track success
- Help develop and coordinate copy for marketing collateral and campaigns
- Work with stakeholders and third parties to manage events and workshops
- Engage for customer feedback
- Assist with pre and post project engagements
- Manage budgets and KPIs across the role
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
About You
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 year + experience within a B2B marketing organisation
- Dynamic, capable, hardworking, confident with ability to work as part of a team while managing own workload
- Excellent telephone manner and customer relation skills
- Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Online Lead Funnels (generation, nurturing, scoring, conversion)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Experience of customer acquisition
