Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience + 17.5% bonus + benefits
Closing Date: 8th May 2026

About the role

In this role, you’ll design and develop high quality, consumable data sets that help teams across the organisation make better informed decisions. You’ll transform complex data from multiple sources into trusted, reusable products that support reporting, analysis and self-service insight.

You will be part of a growing data engineering team, working closely with colleagues who share a strong focus on data quality, continuous improvement and delivering real value through data. Your work will contribute directly to strategic priorities, helping others to understand the business through reliable and well-structured data.

On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs, plan and prioritise your work, and deliver solutions that are easy to use and well supported. You will apply good engineering practices, taking part in design discussions and peer reviews, and ensuring your work is clear, well documented and maintainable.

This role is based in Stratford upon Avon, with flexibility to work 80% of your time from home. You will be supported to develop your skills through hands on learning, support from peers, training and certification, and there are clear opportunities to progress into senior roles or broaden your experience across data and technology as your career grows.

About you

You enjoy working with data that makes a difference, and you are motivated by turning complexity into clarity. You are curious, collaborative and take pride in delivering high quality work that others can trust and build on.

To join our team, you must also have:

  • Experience designing and delivering data solutions using strong SQL and modern data engineering techniques
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and building reliable, reusable data pipelines (using tools such as ADF)
  • The ability to work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical data products
  • Experience working in an Agile or DevOps environment, with a focus on code quality and a CI/CD approach
  • A degree in a technical or numerical subject, or equivalent practical experience, along with relevant professional certification or experience
  • Experience of Dimensional or Semantic modelling would also be useful, but not essential

If your experience does not cover everything listed but you feel excited by the role and eager to grow, we would still welcome your application.
