Door to Door Sales Executive

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Door to Door Sales Executive to join their field sales team in Marston Green, Birmingham. This is a full-time, permanent, onsite position with a base salary of £25,000 per annum plus uncapped commission (OTE £50K), a £250 monthly car allowance, and business travel paid.

What you will be doing

  • Going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them switch to broadband.
  • Managing your own pipeline, turning conversations into customers.
  • Driving performance by hitting and exceeding targets consistently.
  • Building relationships within local communities and internally.
  • Being open to feedback, eager to learn, and able to adapt approach.

What you will bring

  • Full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
  • Solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role.
  • Friendly and confident, enjoying real conversations.
  • Ability to work solo, managing time and hitting targets in the field.
