Door to Door Sales Executive (Field Sales Executive)
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a sales professional for a permanent, full-time role in Carlisle. Onsite position with a base salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per year plus uncapped commission (OTE £50K), £250 monthly car allowance, and business travel paid.
What you will be doing
- Going door-to-door speaking to residents and helping them switch to broadband.
- Managing your own pipeline, turning conversations into customers.
- Driving your performance, hitting and exceeding targets consistently.
- Building relationships within the local community and internally.
- Open to feedback, eager to learn, and able to adapt your approach.
What you will bring
- Full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Driven by targets and motivated by results.
- Solid sales experience, ideally face-to-face.
- Friendly, confident, and enjoy real conversations.
- Comfortable working solo, managing time and hitting targets in the field.
