Door to Door Sales Executive
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Field Sales Executive in Balmoral, Northern Ireland. This is a full-time, permanent onsite role with a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per year plus uncapped commission (OTE £50K).
What you will be doing:
- Going door-to-door speaking to residents and helping them switch to broadband.
- Managing your own pipeline, turning conversations into customers.
- Driving your performance, hitting and exceeding targets consistently.
- Building relationships within the local community and internally.
- Being open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.
What you will bring:
- Full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
- Solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role.
- Friendly and confident, enjoy real conversations.
- Confident going solo, thrive on managing time and hitting targets in the field.
