Associate Consultant
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring an Associate Consultant for their Business Change & Adoption team. This role is AI-driven, focusing on Microsoft Copilot. Location: London, Hybrid. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Organise and run focused workshops to deliver clear outcomes.
- Keep sessions structured and outcome-driven.
- Prepare and deliver training on Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
- Tailor content to participant needs and skill levels.
- Seek feedback and address concerns to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to align on needs.
- Work with other Adoption Consultants to improve methods.
- Contribute to reusable project materials.
- Share insights and collateral with the Automation, Analytics, and AI team.
- Join knowledge-sharing to strengthen team capability.
- Help clients understand AI benefits within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience delivering training sessions for a wide range of audiences
- Experience working within the Microsoft stack (SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and its functionalities
Past experience in professional services or consulting is highly desirable.
