Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a family-run, award-winning care home group with 9 care homes across London, Essex, Herts and Bucks. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our team at Meadowhill Care Home in Borehamwood. The role involves marketing the care home, generating and managing bed enquiries, and driving occupancy. You will work closely with the Home Manager and Head of Sales and Marketing to generate enquiries and ensure smooth resident admissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with local businesses, organisations, clubs and groups to promote the care home and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brand
  • Write and implement an effective localised marketing and sales plan
  • Arrange local events to promote the care home and raise company profile
  • Generate enquiries and manage the sales process to drive occupancy
  • Manage the enquiry process from start to finish, ensure prompt follow ups and arrange show rounds
  • Maintain social media platforms to engage with the local community
  • Meet with Home Manager regularly to review progress and discuss objectives
  • Work closely with Home Manager, Marketing team and other departments

Requirements

  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
  • Previous experience of sales and marketing within the care industry
  • Understanding of fee sources and structures in the care sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, positive and professional approach
  • Commercially focused with excellent customer service skills
