Salary: £85,000 to £95,000 per annum | Location: Fairthorne Manor, Curdridge | Hours: 40 per week | Full-time

The Vacancy

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the Executive Leadership Team. This is a key strategic role ensuring long-term financial sustainability, resilience, and growth across five priorities: growth and income diversification, transformation, digitisation, systems change, and leadership. The CFO will have executive responsibility for finance, IT, facilities, governance, risk, data protection, and organisational assurance.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Significant senior financial leadership experience, ideally multi-site operations (Early Years/Youth Services/Housing/Charity)
  • Proven executive-level experience influencing strategy and Board decision-making
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
