What will you do

  • Product Risk Leadership: Act as the connector between Data Scientists, Credit Risk Managers and Engineers.
  • Risk Strategy & Roadmap: Architect and co-own the risk product vision.
  • Data Integration: Identify and integrate new data sources to improve credit decisioning accuracy.
  • Risk Engine Ownership: Lead the strategy and roadmap for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s risk engine.
  • Monitoring & Recovery: Build products and dashboards that monitor portfolio health.
  • Customer Friction Reduction: Balance deep due diligence with world-class user experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Management with Risk experience, specifically within Fintech, Lending, or Credit Risk.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding of how lending businesses make money.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfort with SQL and data models.
  • Product Management: Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
