Job Description
Are you a compassionate and driven leader who believes everyone with a learning disability deserves to thrive? You would take charge of our [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] service in Thurnscoe, catering to 10 individuals with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs. Competitive salary circa £44,500 dependant on experience. Working hours 37.5, Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00 with unpaid break. On-call rota participation requires a driving licence and car.
What we are looking for:
- A resilient, determined leader with a proven history of delivering exceptional care in a CQC regulated environment.
- A person-centred manager dedicated to improving quality of life and driving positive outcomes.
- An inspiring leader who can build and develop the staff team.
- NVQ Level 5 qualified in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) with experience of DOLS, Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding and CQC regulations.
