About the Role
Our client - a well-established business in Sittingbourne - is looking for a Credit Controller to join a supportive finance team where your work genuinely makes an impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Take ownership of debtor accounts and drive timely, consistent payment collection
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, resolving payment queries with confidence and professionalism
- Reconcile accounts and produce clear, accurate reports for senior management
- Collaborate with the wider accounts team on ad hoc finance tasks - no two days are the same
What You'll Bring
- Previous credit control or accounts experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and a deadline-driven mindset
- Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Excel
