Fire Risk Consultant / Fire Risk Validator

About Our Client
Our client is one of the most respected fire consultancies in the UK, recognised for technical competence and expertise in detailed report writing. They provide specialist services in testing, inspection, and compliance across construction, infrastructure, property, and environmental sectors.
About the Role
You will deliver fire risk assessment and validation services across projects in the Midlands and South of England. Fully remote with local projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and review fire risk assessments for new and existing buildings
- Validate and report on fire safety measures in line with UK regulations
- Liaise effectively with clients and approval authorities
- Produce clear, defensible, and high-quality reports and recommendations
About You
- Qualification or membership with IFSM, IFE, or similar
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and fire safety standards
- Proven experience in fire risk assessment or validation
- Excellent communication and technical report-writing skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Understanding of Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
- Knowledge of British Standards for fire safety systems
