We are seeking a dynamic Credit Control Administrator to join our ranks as we grow through 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage accounts of all clients, ensuring timely payments within contractual terms.
  • Contact customers to ensure payment is received in a timely fashion, building relationships via phone & email.
  • Update systems with notes of all correspondence to/from clients.
  • Allocate payments received.
  • Manage the credit control in-box (email).
  • Prepare weekly debtors reports and circulate to Directors.
  • Refer any payment queries to operational staff for resolution.
  • Escalate problematic issues to Credit Control Manager at Head Office.
  • Build relationships with customers to ensure smooth running of accounts.

Desired Experience

  • At least a few years' experience in an Administrative role.
  • Some previous credit control experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams and Outlook advantageous.
  • Good standard of written and verbal communication.
  • Intermediate in Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritise.
