Job Description

To ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse through coordinating a specific team of contract logistics specialists. The activities needed to deliver this includes but is not limited to:

  • To assess workloads within the allocated team + allocate resources adequately on a daily basis.
  • To complete duties relating to warehousing activities + attend to direct reports' HR issues such as absence, attendance, sick leave etc.
  • To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) + ensure your teams deliver against their KPI.
  • To ensure that all company equipment + assets are handled + operated in a responsible manner at all times.
  • To ensure that all team members are compliant with all health + safety policies/processes at all times.
