• Accurately process bookings from clients and overseas agents in the system
• Support Freight Account Managers with day-to-day operational activities
• Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure smooth shipment movements
• Proactively manage and resolve any shipment issues, keeping stakeholders informed
• Process sales and purchase invoices efficiently and accurately
• Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate across departments
• Assist other teams when needed to maintain service quality and efficiency
• Follow all quality, security, and health & safety standards to ensure compliance and best practice

What we would like you to bring

• Secondary school education (or equivalent) with strong Maths and English skills
• Previous experience in customer service
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive approach with drive and commitment
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement
