How you create impact

You will be part of our Finance team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the respective business units deliver against strategy + targets by conducting business controlling activities + driving continuous improvement. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders.

What we would like you to bring

  • The ability to act as a trusted financial advisor and sparring partner to business stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights
  • Strong business partnering and analytical skills to monitor performance, lead business reviews, and drive follow-up actions
  • Experience in project controlling and investment evaluation, with the confidence to support and challenge business cases (e.g. BIA processes)
  • Exposure to or interest in supporting strategic initiatives, including restructuring and potential M&A activities
  • A proactive mindset to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance
  • The capability to translate financial insights into practical guidance for both finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to challenge the status quo, identify inefficiencies, and implement solution
