• To manage, plan, organize, staff, and direct warehouse activities attending to HR issues such as absence, attendance, sick leave etc.
• To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in management, productivity, and customer service and to ensure your teams deliver against their KPI.
• To ensure that all company equipment and assets are handled and operated in a responsible manner at all times.
• To ensure that all team members are compliant with all Health and Safety policies and processes at all times.

What we would like you to bring

• Proven experience in a warehouse or Contract Logistics operational role, ideally in a shift leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong people management skills, including experience leading diverse and outsourced workforces.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, productivity management, and KPI tracking.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues on the floor.
• Strong commitment to operational safety, compliance, and quality standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly, lead by example, and engage teams effectively.
• A structured and disciplined approach to planning, execution, and follow-up.
