How You Create Impact

• Carry out and oversee revenue‑related processing activities using automated financial tools.
• Prepare accurate customer invoices and validate expected gross profit in line with company guidelines.
• Manage daily financial review activities related to shipment files, including support during month‑end closing.
• Investigate and resolve invoice or settlement discrepancies with airlines, contributing to process improvements.
• Support automation initiatives that improve invoicing accuracy, quote usage, and faster financial file completion.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Care teams to support customer credit limit adjustments.
• Review shipment and financial documentation thoroughly before escalating issues or exceptional cases.
• Coordinate with operational teams on cost‑related topics involving carriers, transport partners, and third‑party suppliers.
• Collaborate with customer logistics teams on revenue‑related topics linked to customer charges.

What We Would Like You to Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related fields.
• Additional education in Freight Forwarding is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in Air Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Finance‑related roles.
• Solid understanding of freight forwarding in a financial context.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Experience working with KN systems, including finance modules, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical skills with a process‑driven mindset.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work accurately under deadlines.

• Team‑oriented with strong collaboration skills.
• Languages: Local language (Fluent) and English (Intermediate).
