Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a dedicated professional to join our Customer Care Team. This role is part of our global logistics operations, ensuring efficient customer service and shipment management.

How You Create Impact

  • Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention and reactivation in cooperation with Field Sales and the Operational Care Center (OCC).
  • Establish and strengthen operational relationships through daily interactions, regular care visits, and proactive advising.
  • Qualify customer inquiries and provide quotations within the given price band, following up to ensure closure.
  • Support customer onboarding and transfer requirements into [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] systems.
  • Qualify and enter customer orders into operational execution process.
  • Collaborate with Finance to adjust credit limits and coordinate measures for challenges.
  • Document, resolve, analyze complaints and identify root causes.
  • Create, review, and refine customer reports.
  • Ensure delivery against financial targets and strategic objectives.

What We Would Like You To Bring

  • General import experience with freight or logistics exposure.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in customer handling and export operations.
  • Customer-facing role providing solutions, booking, and rate checking.
  • Managed a team.
  • Well versed with MS Office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team player.
