How you create impact

• Create/complete shipment details in the internal transport management system, coordinate with stakeholders, and organize transport based on customer promise.
• Monitor and report on operational performance of carriers and vendors, ensuring strong data quality for customer reporting.
• Create files for consolidation (Export) or de-consolidation (Import).
• Review and ensure alignment of shipping instructions, considering country regulations, export/import compliance, rate and routing information.
• Accurately submit/issue all required documentation within 24 hours of departure.
• Ensure departure and arrival confirmations are shared with Customer Care teams.
• Ensure cost awareness and efficiency through timely, accurate cost/revenue updates.
• Support and resolve claims and disputes.

What we would like you to bring

• Last year student in International Business/Supply Chain/Logistics, available for full-time internship (12 months).
• Basic knowledge in International Freight Forwarding and import-export processes.
• Willing to learn, can-do-attitude, responsible, careful, customer-oriented.
• Good communication, problem solving, time and job management skills.
• Good command of English.
