FULL DESCRIPTION

Training Developer

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Training Developer for a 6-month contract in Workington, Cumbria. This is a fully on-site role. Pay rate depends on experience (DOE). Must have SC clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse, Design, Develop and Implement fit for purpose SAT derived material in accordance with Sellafield Limited Procedures within agreed deadlines.
  • Meet Programme Requirements for local Area/Project as defined in the project schedule.
  • Carry out pilots as required.
  • Instruct various courses as produced by self/other training members if required.
  • Carry out post training evaluations and provide/respond to feedback.
  • Participate in audits, evaluations and reviews.
  • Hand-over / coach relevant SME in the use and delivery of developed material.
  • Coach and share information with other team members regarding SAT and Sellafield practices.
  • Attend and contribute to training Peers Reviews and other meetings.
  • Attend and participate in required Sellafield Limited Training courses and events.
  • Meet required technical and behavioural standards.

Essentials

  • Experience in Training Design and Content Development.
  • Competent Use of Digital Systems (SEMS, LMS, etc.).
  • Effective Stakeholder Collaboration.
  • Proactive Working.
  • Experience in Regulated Environments.
  • Must have SC (Security Clearance).
