About the Role

We are looking for a Debt Support Administrator to join and support our Money Advice services in our busy and friendly office at King Street. This role is office-based.

Our ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Always provide a warm welcome to our clients in-person, by telephone and digitally.
  • Be willing and enthusiastic in supporting our Money Advice team to provide professional services to our clients.
  • Be proficient with information and communication technology to provide administrative support.
  • Be willing to embrace and adjust to new ways of working as the Money Advice service develops.
