About the role

Our Generalist Supervisor will oversee the daily performance of the team members whether they are paid or volunteers. Reporting to the Advice Service Manager, the post holder will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running and operation of the service and providing support and guidance to the generalist adviser team. The post holder will ensure the quality of advice and information to clients by providing support and guidance to the advisers and overseeing the practical aspects of the advice sessions. The post holder will need to be able to manage the team effectively and efficiently and be able to ensure that charity procedures are followed. The post offers the chance to develop, build and cement good working relationships with a range of Team members and stakeholders.
