About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead and inspire teams delivering high-quality advice services. You will be a strong people leader, confident in driving performance, managing service delivery, and adapting your approach to get the best from individuals.

Based in Sandwell and Walsall, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring performance targets, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met across services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and develop staff to deliver excellent services
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and funder requirements
  • Ensure high-quality advice and positive client outcomes
  • Oversee service delivery, resource planning, and team performance
  • Maintain accurate reporting, case management, and compliance (including GDPR)
  • Drive continuous improvement and promote collaborative working

  • Proven experience in operations or service management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
