About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking motivated and experienced advisers to join our team in delivering high-quality advice and information services to the community. These roles involve providing generalist advice to clients across a range of subject areas. Advisers will support clients through a multi-channel delivery model, including face-to-face appointments, telephone and webchat. The roles will include a mix of office-based and outreach delivery within the G1–G15 area. Advisers will manage a caseload, deliver accurate advice, maintain high-quality case records, and work collaboratively with colleagues and partner organisations.

About You

You will have experience of working in a busy advice environment and be confident in delivering advice and information services to a diverse client group. You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of providing generalist advice within a [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and work to deadlines
  • Good organisational and IT skills, including case recording systems
  • Commitment to high standards of customer service, equality and diversity
