Every individual we support has unique needs – we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements. Meet Our Clients

We’re currently supporting adult and child clients in the surrounding areas of Nottingham and are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to their needs. In this role, you’ll manage clinical interventions, assist with daily care routines, and support clients in meaningful activities—such as spending time with family and friends or going on community outings.

You’ll also assist with bedtime routines, offering companionship, staying attentive and responsive, and addressing care needs as they arise.

With younger clients, you’ll engage in their favourite activities, including arts and crafts, outdoor play, educational games, and sensory activities.

Please note Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff. “This isn't just a job – it’s your opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.”

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay with enhancements for weekends and bank holidays
  • Regular confirmed rotas and flexible scheduling
  • Reward & recognition programme
  • Supportive management and 24/7 on-call support
  • Opportunity to grow within a values-led, national care provider
