Job Description

We are supporting a sociable young girl in Birmingham who enjoys cuddles, sensory activities with flashing lights, songs, and story time. You will provide 1:1 support across both day and night shifts, delivering personal care, safe moving and handling, and meeting her clinical needs. During the day, you will support all aspects of her care needs and accompany her to school. During night shifts, you will provide close monitoring, regular repositioning, and oxygen management.

Requirements

• 3 months' care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
