Job Description
We are supporting a teenage boy with complex care needs. Responsibilities include personal care, moving and handling, diabetes management, and tracheostomy/ventilation care. Must be attentive and engaging. Shifts include day and overnight care.

Requirements
- 3 months’ care experience
- Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
- Clear communication skills
- Experience in tracheostomy and ventilation care
- Must be pet friendly
