  • Shifts: Full-time & part-time available | Days & Nights | 10 – 12 hour shifts

The Role

We are currently expanding our team in Birmingham and are looking for experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support individuals with complex care needs. You will play a vital role in helping clients live safely and independently at home, providing both essential daily support and specialist clinical care, which may include:

  • Personal care and daily living support
  • Medication administration
  • Moving and handling
  • Tracheostomy care
  • PEG feeding
  • Ventilation support
  • Other complex clinical interventions (training provided where appropriate)

This is a rewarding role where your care truly makes a difference every day. Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff. Due to client preferences, this role requires female care staff only.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 months’ care experience
  • Confident in personal care, medication support, and moving & handling
  • Experience in complex care is essential
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
  • Reliability and commitment to high-quality care
