About us

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs – we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements. We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment – and we’re looking for people who share those values.

Meet Our Client

We’re looking for kind, patient, and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a young boy in his own home during the night. You’ll help ensure he feels safe, settled, and comfortable throughout the night, supporting his bedtime routine and providing a reassuring presence if he wakes. Some nights will be quiet, while others may require more hands-on support, but your main focus will be delivering good care, reassurance, and kindness when it’s needed most. He is a happy, playful little boy who enjoys:

  • Cuddles and comfort when settling
  • Watching CBeebies
  • Music and familiar routines
  • Having a calm, caring presence at bedtime

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff. Our client’s parents have specifically requested females only to join their care team.

“This isn't just a job – it’s your opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.”

What You’ll Need

  • 3 months’ care experience
  • Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
  • Clear communication skills
  • Experience working with children, either in a paid or personal capacity

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay with enhancements for weekends and bank holidays
  • Regular confirmed rotas and flexible scheduling
  • Reward & recognition programme
  • Supportive management and 24/7 on-call support
  • Opportunity to grow within a values-led, national care provider

Our funded training, including clinical skills, comes at no cost to you, though attendance is unpaid.
