Healthcare Assistant
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a part-time Healthcare Assistant in Sutton Coldfield. Pay rate £15.00 - £17.00 per hour, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday days.
About Us
At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs – we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment – and we’re looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
We are supporting a 12-year-old girl who is looking for caring and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to join her team. She would benefit from staff who share her interests and bring a positive, friendly, and like-minded approach. She enjoys makeup and beauty, reading, and spending time out in the community, particularly shopping trips and social outings.
As part of her care team, you will provide dedicated 1:1 support tailored to her individual needs. She is becoming increasingly independent with her clinical care and can take part in her own routines; however, you will be required to assist where needed and ensure her care is delivered safely and effectively.
A key part of your role will be to encourage age-appropriate social interaction, support her emotional wellbeing, and help her continue to build confidence and independence.
You will also accompany her on outings in the community, including travelling by car, ensuring her safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment at all times.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff. Our client has specifically requested female care staff to join their team.
