We are a large four-form entry school with an ambitious and vibrant learning community, seeking to appoint an exceptional teacher and leader to join us from September 2026.

• Has a strong understanding of effective curriculum design and sequencing to secure excellent outcomes.
• Uses assessment and data intelligently to evaluate pupil progress and plan targeted actions for improvement.
• Successfully leads and develops a year team to achieve agreed priorities and maintain high standards.
• Champions inclusion and ensures that disadvantaged pupils, those with SEND and those new to English achieve well.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with a wide range of audiences, both verbally and in writing, and confidently uses ICT to support learning and leadership.
• Works collaboratively as part of the wider leadership team, contributing positively to whole-school improvement.
• Is reflective, ambitious and committed to continual professional development.
• Builds strong relationships with pupils, staff and families through a friendly, approachable and professional manner.
