Content Creator
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] plc is looking for a Content Creator to join our Art market.
Location: Bourne, Lincs (On-site)

What you’ll be responsible for
- Collaboratively develop a digital content strategy to drive growth and support the successful delivery of the rebrand, membership and audience reach
- Commission and deliver the production of editorial, graphics and video content across all social media platforms, ensuring content is relevant, engaging and tailored to drive scalability on each channel
- Plan, produce and manage website content that supports audience expansion through strong SEO and AI search optimisation
- Plan and execute targeted email newsletters and campaigns that strengthen audience engagement and fuel growth
- Own the podcast strategy and delivery, identifying opportunities to build its audience and unlock commercial potential through fresh, compelling content
- Cultivate relationships across the industry, identifying opportunities to work with influencers and ambassadors who align with the brand
- Align all content with the brand, acting as a brand guardian to develop content that is consistent, elevates and reinforces brand identity
- Spot and explore new opportunities across digital channels, keeping ahead of trends and turning ideas into tangible opportunities
About you
- You’re commercially alert, digitally curious and bring a creative, forward-thinking approach, with the confidence to challenge the norm
- You combine strong creative and technical skills, with hands-on experience in social media, Canva, Photoshop, videography and editing, and the ability to take content from concept to polished final output
- You are data minded and audience focused, with the ability to use insight and performance data to understand what content resonates with different audience segments
- You have a strong eye for detail and a commitment to producing content of a consistently high quality across every platform
