The Role

Day to day you will be the bridge between our tech and our clients, helping ecommerce sellers unlock their full potential with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. You’ll guide new sellers through onboarding, ensure they understand our products inside-out, and stay close to them as they grow – spotting opportunities, solving issues, and keeping the relationship strong. You’ll join a small, high-performing Account Management Team where collaboration, communication and care come first.

What You’ll Do

  • Track key success metrics and spot opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of ecommerce sellers – helping them get the most out of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
  • Deliver smooth onboarding and training experiences that build confidence and trust.
  • Respond quickly to questions and issues – keeping communication clear, warm and proactive.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure customer feedback drives meaningful change.
  • Help us build and refine the way we approach account management and success for our customers – improving processes, tools and touchpoints as we scale.
  • Follow KPIs that help you (and us) see how the business is performing — using them as a guide to stay focused and keep improving.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success or a client-facing role within a fast-paced business.
  • Track record of excelling in a target driven environment, excited working in a fast paced environment and enjoys being challenged.
  • A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and takes pride in helping others succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills – clear, friendly, and always professional.
  • Tech-curious, with experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) or customer support platforms.
  • Fluent English and another European language (Italian preferred, others a plus).
  • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys turning feedback into action.
