This is a unique and high-impact role responsible for driving footfall, enhancing customer experience and supporting retailer performance through engaging, insight-led marketing activity. • Full ownership of marketing and events plan, ensuring alignment with centre strategy and commercial goals
  • Deliver seasonal events, retailer activations, brand partnerships and community moments that drive footfall and commercial performance
  • Manage all digital channels, including social media and website content, ensuring accuracy and strong audience performance

  • Manage the annual marketing budget effectively and responsibly
  • Work alongside centre management, leasing and asset teams to support new openings and long-term asset growth
  • Manage external agencies across creative, digital, PR and events

About You

  • 5–10 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within retail, placemaking, events or consumer-facing environments
  • Strong understanding of B2C marketing, customer behaviour and brand experience
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to link marketing activity to business performance
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Data-driven, with experience in reporting and performance analysis
  • Hands-on experience across digital and social channels
  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do approach
  • Degree-qualified or equivalent in marketing or communications
