Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd are looking for a data entry administrator. Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Salary: TBC (Minimum wage) – £12.71 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage internal stock and delivery data using the company’s system.
  • Perform weekly data entry of delivery and stock records into Excel spreadsheets.
  • Validate data accuracy by reconciling system records with delivery inputs.
  • Clean and organize raw data to ensure consistency and correctness.
  • Create structured Excel reports and payment statements based on delivery data.
  • Calculate totals, variances, and payment amounts.
  • Generate weekly/monthly payment statements for accounts payable processing.
  • Support finance/accounts teams by providing accurate, timely data.
  • Maintain historical records for auditing and reference purposes.
  • Identify discrepancies in stock or delivery data and report them for correction.
