Head of Reward
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Head of Reward to lead compensation and benefits strategy in London (International House). This permanent, on-site role requires expertise in compensation management, benefits design, compliance, and data analytics.
About The Role
Head of Reward

Your role:
- Lead Compensation Strategy & Management: develop competitive compensation frameworks, manage salary structures and job evaluation, oversee annual compensation review cycle, manage short- and long-term incentive programs, provide guidance on compensation decisions, conduct pay equity analysis, run compensation modelling.
- Oversee Benefits & Wellbeing Programs: design and administer healthcare, pensions, wellbeing initiatives, and voluntary benefits; manage external providers, lead annual renewal, improve wellbeing offerings.
- Ensure Compliance & Governance: meet legislative requirements, oversee pay transparency and equal pay reporting, maintain strong governance.
- Provide Data, Analytics & Insights: report on compensation trends, turnover, engagement, market competitiveness; improve HR systems; deliver insights to senior leadership.
- Drive Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with Finance on budgeting and cost modelling, work with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on organizational design and offer decisions, communicate reward programs.
Your Experience and Skills:
- Experience in compensation and benefits roles
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding of reward frameworks and benchmarking
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Desirable:
- Experience with global reward operations
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms
- Relevant professional qualification
