About The Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Data and AI Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Data Science, GenAI, and Python. This is a home-based role with virtual delivery and requirement to deliver from [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] centres and client sites. SC clearance required.

Role Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Deliver high quality and engaging training in line with policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Training Design and Development: Design and create engaging courseware that aligns to client requirements and quality standards.
• Performance & Quality Metrics: Attain a consistent Trainer Satisfaction Score (TSAT) of 88%+ and achieve 'Meeting Expectations' in trainer observations.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Act as an SME utilising your in-depth knowledge to contribute insights to internal discussions and client programmes.
• Communication: Collaborate effectively across teams, maintaining professional communication with stakeholders.
• Contribution: Support team objectives and initiatives, demonstrate accountability and flexibility.
• Continuous Professional Development: Maintain industry recognised certifications and stay current with industry trends.

Your Experience

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills to deliver complex technical content virtually and in-person.
• Ability to connect with diverse audiences including technical and non-technical professionals.
• Proven ability to design and develop engaging, learner-centric courseware.
• Skilled in translating complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences.
• Experience in applying instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI concepts, applications and prompt engineering.
• Proficient in GenAI concepts, machine learning techniques, and Python programming with strong familiarity with the NumPy ecosystem.
• Desirable hands-on experience with leading AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Passion for education, technology, and empowering others through knowledge sharing.
