What you’ll be doing
As a [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Advisor, you’ll guide customers at every stage of life through their skincare and makeup journeys.
- Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School programme, gaining a CIBTAC qualification
- Deliver personalised skincare and beauty consultations using innovative tools
- Confidently explain the science behind [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] products
- Offer expert makeup advice, including shade matching
- Drive sales and achieve targets
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Work collaboratively with the wider Boots team
- Maintain a beautifully presented counter
What you’ll need to have
- A genuine passion for skincare and makeup
- Enjoy meeting sales targets
- Confidence in engaging customers
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passionate about being a [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] ambassador
It would be great if you also have
- Previous experience working with customers
- Experience applying skincare and beauty products on customers
