What You’ll Be Doing

As a Midweight Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our in-house creative agency, the B-Hive. You’ll work closely with our Creative Lead and Lead Designers to deliver stunning design collateral across various media, including campaigns, print, digital, and in-store. Your innovative ideas will help shape the visual identity of some of the most recognisable brands in the beauty industry, including No7 and Soap & Glory.

  • Collaborate with the design team to create impactful designs that align with brand guidelines.
  • Bring fresh ideas to life while maintaining established brand identities.
  • Ensure all creative work meets briefs and is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Build a strong understanding of the beauty market and our brands.
  • Present your work confidently across the business, communicating your creative vision effectively.

What You’ll Need to Have (Must-Haves)

  • A degree in Graphic Design or a relevant subject, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in print and digital design.
  • At least 4 years' experience in campaign work, demonstrating your skills in print, editorial design, and digital content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator.
  • A passion for working in a dynamic agency environment across multiple brands.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field.
  • Line management or mentoring experience.
  • Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
  • Knowledge of AI tools to enhance creative processes.
