About the Role

As a No7 Advisor, you will work onsite reporting to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Your main responsibilities include:

• Building great relationships with customers and colleagues
• Providing personalised consultations using the latest skincare, make up and beauty products
• Meeting sales targets and informing customers about No7 offers and in-store promotions
• Completing our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme
• Sharing knowledge and tips with your wider store team
• Ensuring your counter is beautifully presented

What You’ll Need to Have

Essential skills:

• Welcome each customer with empathy and understanding
• Enjoy meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance
• Love to learn and keep up to date with skincare and beauty trends
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
• Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for No7

Desirable Skills

Previous experience working with customers and using skincare/beauty products on customers is beneficial but not essential.

Career Development

Progress to roles like Counter Manager, Store Leadership, or Support Office. A 6-month development programme for experienced high-performing advisors is also available.
