We're looking for a Project Manager (12-month fixed term) to join our team at our Nottingham Support Office. Reporting into the Innovation Programme Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our global gifting programme, working across functions to bring innovative products to life.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the delivery of a global portfolio of gifting projects, applying project management best practices to ensure smooth execution from concept through to launch.
  • Work cross-functionally with both internal and external partners to identify the best ways to deliver innovation briefs, while keeping projects on track, within scope and aligned to business goals.
  • Take ownership of maintenance projects to ensure continuity of supply, while continuously looking for ways to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of a global gifting portfolio using project management best practices, including planning, governance, risk and issue management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and deliver innovative solutions aligned to briefs
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on schedule
  • Manage maintenance projects to meet regulatory and technical requirements and ensure continuity of supply
  • Lead project reviews to drive continuous improvement in speed, productivity and quality
  • Coach cross-functional teams to self-manage product delivery, leveraging digital tools where possible

What You'll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves)

  • Project management experience (2+ years)
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good communication skills & able to build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders
  • Effectively influence and hold others to account across multiple teams, to drive business results
  • Agile, flexible, 'one team' mindset, excelling working in ambiguous, fast-paced and frequently changing environment

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Brand, commercial & end-to-end supply chain understanding
  • Experience of product delivery within a retail or FMCG environment
  • Formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2
