We expect candidates to have significant experience leading multi-functional teams. Paid Search and Paid Social experience is essential, with SEO, Video, Programmatic and Affiliate preferred. Experience across creative design, data science, analytics or product is beneficial.

Job requirements

Job responsibilities

  • Driving operational effectiveness & efficiency: Ensuring client teams drive impact, designing sustainable ways of working, challenging best practices, collaborating with Tech and Product teams.
  • Ownership of media strategy and planning: Creating and delivering media strategy, setting operational frameworks, coordinating multi-channel responses, supporting new business.
  • Client relationship management: Owning senior client relationships, managing resourcing conversations, planning proactively, maintaining professionalism, understanding commercials, negotiating contracts, producing proposals, identifying opportunities.
  • Working across media functions: Collaborating with Heads of Department, other Directors, supporting Product and Technology teams, improving communication across media teams.
