About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented and guest‑focused Housekeeping Intern to join our Housekeeping team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a professional hospitality environment, while developing practical skills and an understanding of high‑quality housekeeping operations.

What You Will Do

• Support the housekeeping team in maintaining guest rooms, corridors and public areas to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Learn and follow housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines and brand standards.
• Assist with room servicing, including bed making, bathroom cleaning and restocking amenities.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items or guest requests promptly and accurately.
• Support linen handling, supplies management and trolley organisation.
• Work alongside supervisors to understand daily room allocations and priorities.
• Maintain a professional, discreet and respectful presence in guest areas at all times.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through reliability, collaboration and willingness to learn.
• Uphold hygiene, health and safety standards throughout all tasks.
