As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional luxury experiences, we are seeking a dedicated Guestroom Attendant to join our Housekeeping team.
As a Guestroom Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort across our guest rooms and suites.
What you will do
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’ exceptional standards
- Refresh linen, amenities, and supplies to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain public areas on guest floors, ensuring immaculate presentation throughout
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism, care, and efficiency
- Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure room functionality and safety
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping and Guest Services teams to uphold a smooth operation

What you bring
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness
- A warm, friendly, and service‑driven approach

- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
