Retail Supervisor - Part Time

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the manager in leading the team to run an efficient shop and provide great customer service
  • Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence (customer care, deliveries, routines)
  • Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop retail assistants
  • Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste, and payroll

  • People person with strong relationship-building skills
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • Some supervisory, team leader, or manager experience in retail or similar industries preferred
  • Successful candidates must complete an Employment Verification check and a Basic DBS/Disclosure Scotland check
