Pay & Benefits

The amount you earn depends on your age:

• Ages 16-20 = £10.95 per hour
• Ages 21+ = £12.81 per hour

As one of our retail assistants you will:

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile
• Help customers find items
• Give fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack
• Handle stock with care during deliveries, placing products into freezers and onto shelves
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines to keep shops safe, clean, and tidy

You will need:

• A friendly, positive, hard-working approach
• Enjoy being busy – jumping from deliveries to till to customer service
• Reliability – an important part of a small team
• Flexibility with shifts – rotas planned three weeks in advance
• Complete an Employment Verification check if successful
